HKBP Panondang NYC is a congregation of the Huria Kristen Batak Protestan, one of the largest Protestant churches in Southeast Asia. We carry forward the living faith of our Batak heritage while serving the Indonesian Christian community here in New York.
Our name Panondang — meaning "light" in Batak — reflects our calling to be a light in this city and to one another.
